Shipping times:

DK: 1-3 working days.
EU: 2-5 working days.
UK: 1-2 working days.
US and Canada: 2-4 working days.
Rest of the world: 5-8 working days.

Note: Delivery times are indicative. Longer delivery times may occur during busy periods or in the event of unforeseen delays at the shipping carrier.

Return and exchanges:

You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless you are making an exchange.

Problems with your support?

This may be because you ordered a top that is too large. If it fits loosely around the chest/body, we recommend exchanging it for a smaller size for free. Create this in the portal.

Returns from the rest of the world, please note that customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. Include a small paper with your ordre number and email inside the return package.

Read this before returning

Your return or exchange will not be accepted if:

  1. The 14-day return period has expired.
  2. The item was not packaged properly and was damaged during transport.
  3. The item is not in original condition, e.g. with traces of perfume, makeup, or smoke odor.
  4. Hangtags have been removed or damaged.

If the item is rejected upon delivery, shipping and return shipping costs will be charged.

FAQ - Delivery and ordering

Not received your order?

You will find your tracking number in the email we send when your order has been shipped.

If you have not received a shipping email: You have most likely placed a pre-order for an item that is currently out of stock.

Please check your order confirmation and the product page - it will indicate whether the item is a pre-order. If not and your order is still not shipped please contact : support@tryless.dk

When will my order arrive?

Depending on the delivery method you have chosen, the delivery time varies.
Denmark: 1-3 working days.
UK: 1-2 working days.
USA: 2-4 business days.
Europe: 2-5 business days.
Rest of the world: 5-8 business days.

If you order before 12 noon on weekdays, your order will be shipped the same day.

*Does not apply to pre-orders.

Missing order confirmation

It may take up to 24 hours for our system to create and send a confirmation.

If the 24 hours have passed and you have checked your spam please contact our support@tryless.dk

Check you did not use a different email.

Wrong email address?

We cannot change your email address once you have placed an order, but our customer service can help you resend it to the correct email address.

Please contact our customer service as soon as possible regarding this. If the order has already been processed, we are unfortunately unable to change the address for you.

How do I use my gift card?

Upon receipt of a gift card, it can be used within a period of up to 3 years.

When you order a gift card, you will receive a personal code via email, which can be used on the payment page on our website.

You are allowed one free exchange. If you wish to make further exchanges/returns for a different style, size or product, fees will be charged for return and shipping costs.

If you have received a gift card via the portal or as a gift, this unfortunately cannot be changed to a regular refund.

I would like to cancel my order?

The order cannot be cancelled once it has been packed and shipped. If your order has not been shipped, it can be cancelled by quickly contacting support@tryless.dk

In the case of an exchange, return shipping is free*

EU: We ship you exchange once the parcel is handed in.

UK, US, Canada, New Zealand and Australia: We ship your exchange once its landed and processed at our warehouse.

Rest of the world: We dont currently offer free exchanges

Create a return?

Complete your return via our returns portal:

Rest of the world will need to arrange and pay for their own return.

How to ship:

  • Pack your items securely, preferably in the same bag they were shipped in.
  • Drop off your return package at the nearest parcel shop.
  • Once we receive your return it may take up to 10 business days before its processed.


To protect the environment, we do not include a return label in the packages. You need to submit your return request and our system will provide one for you.

*Do not use a larger bag or box as this will incur an additional fee.

Has my return arrived?

It may take up to 10 business days to process your return from the time it arrives at our warehouse.

Once it has been processed, you will receive an email. In the meantime, you can track your return with the tracking number from your label.

Complaint
  • If you have received an item that is, for example, damaged, please contact our customer service with your order number and a picture of what is wrong.
  • If you have received the wrong item/wrong size, please contact our customer service with your order number.
How does refund work?

Refund
If you regret your purchase, you will of course get your money back that you have paid to us - return shipping costs.

It may take up to 10 business days to process your return from the time it arrives at our warehouse.

Once it has been processed, you will receive an email. In the meantime, you can track your return with the tracking number from your label.

You will then typically receive the money back within 1-5 business days, depending on your bank.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase.

Refund for gift cards

If you choose this option, the full amount will be refunded and you will not have to pay for your return. If you have chosen this method, the money cannot be refunded subsequently.

You are entitled to one free exchange. For additional exchanges/returns, shipping and return shipping fees will apply.

Ship on your own?

If your country is not supported for a return in our portal you need to arrange and pay for your own return.

We highly recommend that you ship you return with our label. If you have any questions or need help get in touch with our support.

Remember to add a note in your shipment with your order number and email. You must also contact us through email so we know we are expecting your return.

Danish & EU returns:
Cementvej 1, Hall 1, 4600 Køge, Denmark. (This is a business address and we do not pick up at a parcel shop. Please note that this is not a home delivery, but to a business address)

US & CA returns:

Important if you ship yourself:

Remember to enclose a note with your name and order number so we can identify the shipment.

Returns and exchanges must be reported via the portal no later than 14 days after the package has arrived, and returns must be made no later than 10 days after
